New Hall, once the manor house of Henfield, is a listed historic house built c.1620 and rebuilt in the early 19th Century. It is at Small Dole, two miles south of Henfield, in 3½ acres of informal gardens. The holiday cottage and flat are located in the two wings at the rear of the house. The cottage forms the whole of the north wing, and the flat forms the upstairs part of the south wing. Both are completely self  contained,  with  their  own  front
doors opening onto the rear courtyard and there is ample parking. Guests have full use of the grounds and a barbecue and charcoal is available if required. Electricity, hot water and heating are included in the rental, and linen and towels are provided. Henfield is a pleasant village with good shopping facilities, traditional inns offering excellent food, and a sports centre. The countryside abounds in footpaths and the long distance Downs Link passes within half a mile of the house.
